It all begins with an opportunity to unplug. Everyone needs it, even when they don’t know it. I needed it bad. A ten hour drive North and one semi-comfortable cabin stay later, we were ready for whatever nature would throw at us. This trip was marred with mishaps, misadventure, cancelled seaplanes, and one very stressful leech defilement but ultimately ended up being one of the best trips I’ve ever taken.
